The Catalyst Christian Learning Center is a non-profit program that teaches public high school students Biblically based courses during school hours. White County students are able to receive elective credit at the high school for our courses.
We currently offer six different courses: Old Testament, New Testament, Boundaries and Relationship Skills,
World Religions, Financial Freedom and Leadership Development.
It is our goal to minister to every student in White county and show them what it means to be a true follower of Christ. We seek to glorify God in all we do and teach our students to do the same in their own lives.

Brittany is an instructor with Catalyst Christian Learning Center and has felt the call of ministering to teenagers since she was in high school. She has served with the youth group at her church on and off for the past 10 years. During those years, she also worked with at-risk youth at Shepherd’s Hill Academy. Travel is an important part of her life, and she has been blessed to travel to Thailand and Honduras for mission & discipleship training. She has solo traveled around the world and hopes to continue in the years to come. Brittany has a passion for pouring into the lives of teenagers, teaching them about the Bible, and walking through life with them. She is thrilled to be a part of CCLC and is excited to see what God has in store for the program.
Evan is a recent addition to the Catalyst team. Evan has been serving the next generation since he was sixteen, when God made it clear that he was to serve in ministry. Since then, he graduated in 2023 from Truett-McConnell University with a BA in Communication and a minor in Great Commission. He also has had three different internships in obedience to the Lord, one at Sherwood Church in Albany, GA, Christ Place Church in Flowery Branch, GA, and with Strong Rock Camp in Cleveland, GA. Evan is eager to begin his next step of ministry in the classroom.
Ashton has been involved with Catalyst Ministries since attending CCLC classes as a high school student. Since then, she has pursued her own path in ministry, earning a B.A. in Theology from Anderson University and returning to White County to serve on staff at a local church. She has served as a Student Pastor and Online Ministries Pastor and continues to be passionate about building relationships, particularly with students, that lead to real life change through the message of the Gospel. Ashton currently lives abroad and runs a discipleship gap year on the Isle of Wight in England with her husband. While living abroad, Ashton has continued to serve on the CCLC Board of Directors and work with Catalyst as an administrator.
As the eldest of seven children, Hannah has developed her gifts of administration and organization for many years, and now she brings those abilities to Catalyst. Throughout her life, she has served in multiple facets of ministry alongside her parents. She has worked with children and teenagers; operated in various production capacities; studied dance, gymnastics, and choreography; and has worked in all levels of theatre. After attending Catalyst as a high school student, Hannah now serves as Assistant to the Executive Director and helps further the mission of CCLC in many ways. CCLC is a non-profit 501(c)3, special purpose school that teaches the Bible to public school and homeschooled students during the school day for elective credit. White County Christian Learning Center (WCCLC) was established in August, 2004 under the umbrella of Eagle Inc.
A group of citizens from the White County community formed a steering committee in March 2004 to develop a plan to implement Released Time classes for White County High School Students. The first classes were held on August, 2004, with 17 students, and steadily grew. In 2009, the WCCLC decided to incorporate and withdrew from its parent organization, Eagle Inc. The WCCLC was renamed the Catalyst Christian Learning Center, Inc.
